All goods and servies are sold with warranty and as stated for that specific part or service, goods can be returned if they are not as described at the purchase time, otherwise all goods returned without a valid reason will incure a re-stocking fee of 30% of the value of the goods, carraige is not refundable. All goods remain the property of West Tech Computer Services Ltd. until paid for in full.
All goods made to order are not refundable, therefore please take extra care when placing your order for these items, laptops are prime example for such goods.
